Day 01: ARRIVAL IN BALIKPAPAN – MAHAKAM RIVER
Meet at airport and directly transfer to Loa Janan for starting the Mahakam River adventure. Lunch, dinner and overnight on houseboat. (L,D)

Day 02: MUARA MUNTAI – TANJUNG ISUY – MANCONG
Arrive at Muara Muntai, then you will take sightseeing trip through villages to see daily activity of Dayak people and then cruising Jempang Lake to Tanjung isuy by motorized boat to visit longhouse with traditional dance performance of Dayak Benuaq. Proceed to Mancong by car or motorcycle to visit grand long house called Lamin Mancong. Next, return to boat to cruise upward through Ohong river where a lot of proboscis monkeys hang on trees at riverside. (B,L,D)

Day 03: LEQAK KIDAU – TENGGARONG – BALIKPAPAN
After breakfast, visiting the Dayak Kenyah village to meet remains long ear women with tattoos on their skin. Next, return to houseboat for cruising downward the Mahakam River. A stop will be made at Tenggarong for exploring the King Collection on the Museum of Mulawarman and Royal Cemetery of Kutai Kartanegara kingdom. Afterwards, cruise downward to Loa Janan and directly transfer by private AC land transportation to Balikpapan for overnight on hotel. (B,L)

Day 04: BALIKPAPAN – BANJARMASIN
Breakfast at hotel and free at own leisure till the proper time for transferring you to airport for flight to Banjarmasin.
Arrive at Banjarmasin airport and directly transfer to hotel for check in. Next, exploring Banjarese river civilization by taking an afternoon canal sightseeing. Afterwards, return to hotel for overnight. (B)

Day 05: FLOATING MARKET – PANGKALAN BUN – TANJUNG PUTING NATIONAL PARK
Early in the morning leave to floating market to watch people trading boat to boat, then return to hotel while sightseeing people activities on riverside. Next, transfer to airport for flight to Pangkalan Bun.
Arrive at Pangkalan Bun and directly transfer to Kumai sub-district to start boating safari on Sekonyer River while sightseeing remarkable view of the river where some animals showing up to welcome visitors on their kingdom. The boat is a traditional wooden river boat about 6m by 2m with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rainforest as it glides by. Overnight and dining on the boat, with facilities; thin mattress, pillow, fine meals, bottled "mineral" water, mosquito net, kitchen, simple toilet available on boat besides the familiar - helpful guides and boatmen . Day 06: TANJUNG PUTING NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we will cruise up the river for about 2 hours to reach Camp Leakey where the older orangutans are reintroduced into the rainforest. A stop will be made at Pondok Tanguy, the rehabilitation center for the new ex-captive orangutans. At Camp Leakey you will have opportunity to trek into the rainforest with your expert guide and the forest rangers to appreciate the flora as well as perhaps sighting wild orangutans, gibbons, macaques, and birds. Lunch will be provided on boat. Afternoon, we will visit the feeding station to see rehabilitate orangutans are given additional foods. We will then sail back down the river to overnight on the boat. Day 07: TANJUNG PUTING NATIONAL PARK – DEPARTURE
Return to Kumai district by boat and transfer to Pangkalan Bun airport for your next destination. (B)
